Asahi
Health® -exercise simply aims at better life quality. Asahi is meant to both
maintain health and tend to problems already existing. Due to its refreshing
and relaxing effect the method is fit for everybody. People with no previous sports history are also
easily taken in, thanks to the easy movements. Over-weight is neither an
obstacle for doing Asahi exercise. Since the form is designed to balance the
mind and relax the body, Asahi suits especially well for dealing with and
preventing stress. Actually Asahi is based on the view that mind and body are
not separate items and by training the body we also train the mind. The form is
systemically designed so that that it relieves different muscle-, joint-,
neck-, shoulder and back pains. Asahi
movements function as a massage, so that the exerciser does self-massage from
within. Asahi-exercise also relaxes and
recovers after some other severe training. Since in Asahi the breathing is done
consciously, the breathing technique also improves.
