Instructor Education
Asahi-Health® Instructor Education consists of two basic modules: module I and module II.
The Basic Asahi Health® Module I
Entry requirements:
The course is meant for health and fitness professionals, who have experience in group instruction.
Description
This workshop teaches you the fundamental principles of structuring and instructing a basic asahi class. Handouts about the contents of the lectures are provided along with a Workshop Manual.
Modul Content
On the Basic Asahi Health® Course you will learn the following:
- Asahi level I and II exersice set
- basic movement principles
- psyco-physical and biomecanical theories of asahi movements and principles
- health and medical issues
- how to teach asahi and structure an interesting class
- class management and coaching skills
- basics of health and fitness business
Modul Format
This is a two day practical workshop where workouts and lectures on theory alternate.
The Basic Asahi Health® Module II
Asahi Health Manual Home Study
Before entering the workshop you study the Asahi Health Manual at home, in your own time.
Description
This workshops teaches you the the second and third level set of asahi exerces and more advanced movement principles. After the workshop you are ready to create more complex and interesting asahi classes. You are also prepared to plan mixed classes where you combine asahi with your othere favorite techniques. Handouts about the contents of the lectures are provided along with a Workshop Manual.

The Advanced Asahi Health® Module Content
- recapitulation and correction of asahi level I and II movements and principles
- Asahi level III exersice set
- more advanced movement principles
- psyco-physical and biomecanical theories of asahi movements and principles
- health and medical issues
- how to combine asahi level I, II and III sets, principle execises and structure an interesting class
- how to create asahi-mix classes
- class management and coaching skill
Modul Format

Assesment
A practical test of instructing an asahi-class.
Certification
After passing the practical assessment, you will be awarded Asahi Health® Instructor Certificate.
